Cancellation policy
We completely understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to do this for you, all we ask is you give us 24 hours notice.
Please be considerate. If you are unable to attend your appointment please call us at 0432461651 to reschedule. If you cannot reach us please leave a message with your name, contact number, appointment date and time.
If you reschedule or cancel on the day of your appointment without reason you will forfeit your deposit and may be charged a cancellation fee. This goes for no-shows too. When you don't show up to your appointment other clients miss out on that time slot and it wastes our time.
