Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel an appointment, your deposit will be added to your account as a credit to use at your next appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
We completely understand that life happens and plans change — we’re happy to help you reschedule if you give us enough notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 0432 461 651. If we don’t answer, leave a message with your name, contact number, and appointment details.
Please be considerate:
Same-day cancellations without valid reason and no-shows will result in the loss of your $50 deposit.
Missed appointments mean lost opportunities for others and wasted time for our team.
